MHW partner, Paul Wolf, recently secured major settlements in two accident cases.
Paul helped family members recover $1 million – the maximum amount available from the insurance company – in a Wrongful Death action they brought on behalf of a motorist struck
by a passing vehicle as he stood on the shoulder of Interstate 57, waiting for assistance with his disabled car. The proceeds of the settlement will help the family obtain needed financial security in the future.
In another matter, Paul was able to secure a $400,000 settlement for a bicyclist injured by when a Ride Share Driver ran a red light. The settlement covered all of the clients medical expenses, lost wages and compensated her for the pain, suffering and loss of a normal life she experienced.
